Some of
many bodyweight relief and excess body fat prevention advantages:
- Easily added to what you already
know or to any safe (for you) nutrition or workout method. Examples:
Atkins, Weight Watchers, Diet Center, Curves, YMCA, Bowflex.
- Access is free
and doesn't require registration or that you identify
yourself in any way.
- Much encouragement and original
tips for tapping into the most powerful source of the motivation that lasts.
- Specific suggestions to comfortably
deal with the previously unknown blocks to nutrition and exercise motivation.
- A safe way to relieve cravings,
appetite and "habit eating." It's nonfattening, cheap and easy
to get in any grocery store. [Common product and not something we sell.]
- Access to the "Health Saving
Inquiry" and more simple
self-scored assessments.
- Gives a clear and very reasonable
answer to the important question: "If it's true diets don't work ...
why are they so popular?"

dealing with excess fat issues.“ --Ronald K. Lean, MSW, Ph.D.
- “Bodyweight Relief takes
an approach that is clear, honest and straightforward. I agree with the
content and highly recommend it.” --Vann Joines, Ph.D., internationally
known and noted psychologist, co-author of TA TODAY
- “Thank you for this [Bodyweight
Relief] program. You make doing what works so simple.”
--Sally G., textile plant employee
- “The first four chapters took a big load off my mind
before the others took the fat off the rest of me. When people asked me
how I was losing all that weight, I told them it was the avoid
talking about it program.” --Dorothy V., teacher
- “More than anything else, the audio made this work for
me. Those ‘Bodyfat Freeing Facts’ you recorded were different than anything
I ever heard. Probably, the audio helped like hypnosis without my having
to be hypnotized.” --Tim A., firefighter
- "Dr. Lovelace, I've kept off the 30 pounds for a
year. I've never done that before. Thank you." Deb L., administrative
assistant

Say, “I’m doing
the ‘avoid talking about it’ program.”
Word of mouth - especially a public endorsement by a celebrity
- sells weight-loss books, products or services. But after a while ...
each time someone talks about how she or he did it (lost weight) that weakens
her resolve. One of the ways is by opening the door to the "subtle
sabotage" that’s rampant and people
almost never recognize.
Says Dr. Lovelace, “I urge all adults to respond to questions
about what they’re doing to get rid of the pounds with something like,
‘I’m doing the avoid talking about it program.’ It isn’t their responsibility
to help promote my or anyone else’s work.”
